Pastor Marco Escobar

I am origininated from Mexico City and When I was eighteen years old I immigrated to the City of Chicago, and I have resided in this city ever since.

My mother has known the Lord, since I was eight years old but I actually didn't come to know the Lord, until I became a member of Maranatha in 1998.

I am happily married to Maria Escobar. Like many relationships we have had our share of problems, our marriage was jeopardised many times. It was not until the two of us decided individually to serve Jesus our Lord and Savior, that God restored our marriage, our family and the both of us as individuals.... PRAISE GOD AND TO HIM BE THE GLORY!!!!

We have three beatifull children Dennis, Michael, and Jassiel. Our three boys help and serve in the house of God as much as they can in their young age, but they serve with all of their hearts.

Through the grace of God and their teachings I am gracious to say I am walking in my purpose in God. But mainly, I thank Jesus for diying for me on the cross, and forgiving me when I didn't deserve it. I also thank the Holy Spirit of God for the guidance, wisdom, knowledge, revelation, annointing, and discernment, He gives me daily. I also thank my Father God for His love, mercy, and grace, without them I am nothing, but with them on my side I can do all things.

                                                         Pastora Maria Escobar

I was born on March, 27th, 1977 in Chicago, IL. I came to know my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in the year of 2001, and since then I have given myself completely to Him and Him alone. I am truly grateful for everything He has done for me and for all He has given me. When I was at my lowest and my marriage was in jeopardy, He had planned out for me to visit our mother church (Maranatha Central). Then is when the Lord began to work in me and with me. Now, Praise God!, my marriage is restored and I love the man of God that He has put before me.

I am the mother of three wonderful boys Dennis, Michael, and Jaasiel that I along with the help of My Father (God) am  raising into strong and powerful Men of God, that love and serve only Him, never ashamed, but always grateful.

Now and always, I only seek to do His will, For it is His will that will be done and I want to be a part of His Bride. I want to be a testimony to those who come into His house. I am the empty vessel that only He can fill. In everything I am thankful, grateful, and so humbled that He can continue to use me and my family.

Be joyful always; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. 1st Thessalonians 5:16, 18.
